Do we need to buy new hardware or servers?
No. We work with software and online services, and we don’t sell servers or hardware.
Will AI send emails without anyone checking?
Not unless you want it to. By default, the AI drafts replies and a person on your team approves them before anything is sent. Over time, you can decide which simple, routine replies are safe to send automatically and which always need a human.
What is n8n?
n8n is a workflow automation tool that connects apps and services, similar to Zapier. It lets us build automations that run on a schedule or when something happens, such as a new email or a form submission. We choose the simplest tool for each job and explain the trade-offs.
What happens if an automation breaks?
Each automation is documented, and we set up failure alerts where possible. If something changes, such as a password or a form field, we fix the automation. You also keep the notes, so another IT person could take over if needed.
Is our data safe?
We limit each automation to the access it needs, use your existing Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace security, and explain where your data goes before anything is built. Where AI is used, we tell you which service processes the text and keep sensitive information out of it unless you agree.
