Comp IT Service is based in Brunswick, Ohio, and works with businesses in five Northeast Ohio counties. Most support is done remotely, so we can help quickly wherever your office is, and we come on site when a problem needs hands-on work. We work with businesses only, not home users.

How we work across the area
Most requests are handled remotely: we connect to the affected computer or service, fix the problem and explain what happened. When something needs hands-on work, such as network equipment, Wi-Fi or security cameras, we schedule an on-site visit.
We reply to new enquiries within 24 hours and work from 7 AM to 11 PM, every day. If your business is near one of these cities but not listed, contact us anyway: most of our work does not depend on distance.
