IT and Digital Services for Public Agencies in Northeast Ohio
We help cities, townships, libraries and school districts in Medina, Summit and Cuyahoga counties with Microsoft 365, networks, websites, search visibility and small IT projects. Our own team does the work. We keep projects small, clear and well documented, so your staff can look after the results.

Who it’s for
Cities, townships, public libraries and school districts in Medina, Summit and Cuyahoga counties that need practical IT and digital help without a large contract. Smaller agencies often have no IT staff at all, or one person covering IT alongside other duties; we work well with both.
We are a local company based in Brunswick, Ohio, close enough to be on site when a project needs it.
We understand that public money comes with public scrutiny. Every quote is itemized, and every project ends with written documentation you can share.
Frequently asked questions
What size of project do you take on?
Small and medium projects: a Microsoft 365 clean-up, a new office network, a website rebuild or a review of current systems. If a project is beyond what we can do well, we say so at the start.
Can you work within our purchasing rules?
Yes. Tell us how you buy, whether that is quotes, purchase orders or board approval, and we provide the written scope and quote in the format you need. We can also provide a W-9 and our business details for your vendor records.
Who will do the work?
Our own team. We don’t pass your project down a chain of subcontractors, and you have one point of contact from the quote to the hand-over.
Can you help residents find information on our website?
Yes. We organize pages around what residents look for most, such as hours, forms, meetings and contacts, and build them to load quickly on a phone with accessibility basics like readable contrast and clear headings.
What is a capability statement?
A one-page summary of our services and contact details that agencies use when they look for vendors. It lists what we do, where we work and how to reach us, and we can tailor it to a specific project. Ask and we’ll send it.
